The vacancy is based in Lagos and your duties amongst others would be to:

• Conduct needs analysis and implement appropriate solutions and interventions
• Implement HR Systems practices, policies and procedures
• Cost effective Talent Acquisition including Packaged remuneration to suit customers 
• Provide services that minimize conflict, promote a healthy working environment and improve industrial and employee relations
• Ensure each individual has the correct competencies and up to date job profile in order to meet Business requirements
• Implement EE targets
• Manage staff retention and exit formalities
• Input & Maintain HR management system for region
• Utilize OD, learning and development, well being, acquisition and retention COE infrastructures and resources
